2 cups of paella rice

4 cups of fish or chicken broth

1 medium onion (chopped)

1 red bell pepper (sliced)

1 ripe tomato (chopped)

2 garlic cloves (chopped)

12 large shrimp

10 mussels

200 g of squid rings
